What is better rent a flat or a hotel room?

There is no wonder for everyone that the world is getting smaller and smaller because of the fast development of business cooperation between different companies which can be situated in different parts of the world. That is why if you are a representative of a company which does business with foreign companies you will have to travel a lot.

In this situation it would be a great idea to find something where you can stay for a night or a week before you finish your business negotiations or sign the contract. Sometimes hotels can not offer you the desired list of services which you may require. Also the majority of hotels have different restriction and rules which you can not break. In this situation rent apartment in Minsk will be a perfect way out of this situation because Belarus has business relations with many European countries. Such flats offer practically unlimited list of options and are situation in the center of the capital. You will not experience any problem with meeting your business partners because you can easily make an appointment in one of the nearby restaurants where you will be able to have business negotiations in the informal atmosphere. That is why it would be better rent a flat then book a hotel room.

Employee Lounge Commotion

I have been working in my company for quite a long time now and I don’t think I have ever seen the employee lounge looking so hospitable to stay in due to some nasty bugs in the couches that just keep on eating through people’s skin whenever someone attempts to stay in there. No matter how sick or tired the employees are, each one of us just can’t stand being in that place to take a rest and we are forced to just stay in our cubicles and try to steal some sleep during break time. It was suggested in the most recent meetings to just throw away those couches and just have make use of mattresses so it would be easier to maintain. Besides, in the eastern countries, it has become a fad to remove bulky furniture like wooden or steel bed, and just use a mattress and place it directly on the floor. It would be much better and much more economical to just put mattresses in the employee lounge so cleaning won’t be much of a problem. It is easier to maintain as well since it doesn’t break like the beds or couches. The management said they will look in to that proposal… but I am just not sure if they would do it.
